This is a rarely offered, highly sought after opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor searching for career progression.

Working closely with the Service Operations Manager, Service Manager and a strong service team, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting our guests
• Taking enquires and service bookings
• Writing up repair orders
• Liaising with guests on vehicle progress
• Organising courtesy cars
• Estimating the cost and time needed to complete works
• Liaising with the Workshop Controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
• Quoting, and gaining authorisation for extra work
• Handling minor guest complaints
• Helping bring new business into the service department

As our ideal candidate you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Highly motivated & guest service focused
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively and multi-task where required
• Ability to contribute to building a positive team spirit
• Energetic and possessing a positive attitude
• Intermediate PC skills
• Hold a current and valid manual driver's license (Queensland)
• Mazda Service Advising experience advantageous, but not necessary
