Sci-Fleet Hino have an opportunity for a Parts Interpreter within the Hino Parts Department at Nerang. As a leader in the Australian medium duty truck market, we pride ourselves on both customer service and quality.

You will be responsible for:

• Identifying parts and components
• Consulting catalogues
• Carrying out storage and stock control procedures
• Communicating with colleagues and guests to handle verbal enquiries, such as clarifying instructions and responding to requests for information
• Reading and interpreting workplace-related documentation
• Selecting and using appropriate equipment and materials
• Materials handling
• Guest advice
• Receiving and filling orders for parts
• Invoice preparation
• Organising dispatch

As our ideal candidate you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Qualifications and/or experience in Parts Department - highly desirable
• Well-developed administrative experience in a service and/or customer relations role
• Strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
• Outstanding customer service skills whilst being courteous and reliable
• Intermediate PC skills
• Sound mechanical knowledge
• Hold a current and valid manual driver's license (Queensland)
