Mount Gravatt Mazda is seeking an dedicated team player, who is customer service orientated and solutions focused.
Working closely with the Service Department team you will be responsible for the manual preparation of warranty claims:
• Collect and receive repair orders for warranty claims
• Collect and receive repair orders for NCS claims
• Check and confirm delivery dates and vehicle details
• Raising warranty invoices through Mount Gravatt Mazda’s DMS
• End of month related tasks including closing all warranty jobs
• Filing and storage of warranty parts held for audit purposes
• Identify potential problems and implement associated improvements
• Service Reception as a support for the boking process including making bookings from online, and phone sources
• Assist taking phone calls during busy periods to ensure customers satisfaction
• Complete outgoing calls to customers who have missed services
Our ideal candidate will:
• Have good understanding and experience with the vehicle servicing processes and procedures
• Demonstrated understanding of customer retention
• High level planning, organisational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service skills whilst being courteous and reliable
• Have excellent organisational and time management skills
• Intermediate PC skills
• Previous reception related experience
• Automotive experience highly desirable
