We have an immediate opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our Hino Truck Dealership, located in Nerang, Gold Coast.

About the Role:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll provide expert advice, manage service bookings, and ensure customers have a smooth and satisfying experience from drop-off to pick-up. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused team committed to quality, transparency, and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and manage service bookings in person and over the phone
• Accurately document service requirements and customer concerns
• Communicate service progress, timelines, and costs
• Liaise with the workshop to coordinate repairs and keep customers informed
• Process invoices and handle payments
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role (automotive preferred)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in dealership management systems or similar software
