Sci-Fleet Toyota have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor at our Brendale Service Centre who will work with the Service Department Team to:

• Deliver an outstanding, high level Guest experience
• Liaise with Guests from initial bookings through to post service follow-up
• Confidently assist Guests with their service inquires
• Contribute to a dynamic, high performing Service Team

We want to hear from you if you:

• Have previous Service Advisor experience or you are passionate about providing an outstanding Guest experience
• Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a strong Guest focus and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Have competent computer literacy skills
• Are able to prioritise and work with minimal supervision to achieve targets
