About the role

This is a full-time position that will see you manage the scheduling and preparation of new vehicles. You will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless preparation and delivery of vehicles to customers

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee the scheduling and preparation of all new vehicles for customer purchases
• Liaise with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage and coordinate the work of a small team of detailers to ensure vehicles are delivered to customers on time and in pristine condition
• Liaise with third party suppliers involved in vehicle preparation
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold high standards of workmanship

What we're looking for

• Strong leadership and team management experience to effectively coordinate and motivate a small team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address issues promptly
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Experience in an automotive pre-delivery or workshop management role preferred but not essential
