What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking candidates for this position who:

• Have exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Have strong work ethic and a willingness to achieve results
• Confident in being responsible for & leading a small team
• Current drivers license with a clean driving history
• Strong problem solving skills
• Proactive and motivated work ethic is essential
• Heavy vehicle drivers license highly regarded or willingness to have license upgraded
• Heavy Vehicle Registration Assessment Scheme (HVRAS) accreditation highly regarded (Training will be provided for the right applicant if not already accredited)
• Competent working in an office environment & working with basic computer systems including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Previous experience with Dealer DMS Systems and Saleslogs Highly Regarded
• Previous experience using Autoreg / Dais systems highly regarded (Training will be provided for the right applicant if not already accredited)
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Most importantly, the successful application will come with a “can do” attitude and will be able to adapt within their role where required

What Will your typical day look like?

Working closely with the Sales Manager, Sales Consultants & Pre-Delivery Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for;

• Co-ordination of vehicle transportation & bookings with our external suppliers
• Co-ordination of the daily work schedule for our team of in-house drivers
• Forecasting monthly deliveries accurately to meet dealership sales and manufacturer KPI’s
• Communicating with sales staff members with updates as they are received from external suppliers
• Data entry into in house spreadsheets, DMS & Saleslogs systems
• Daily preparation for incoming new stock, including updates of stock cards, log books and internal systems
• Preparing documents required for the Registration of New Trucks
• Perform HVRAS Inspections on trucks in preparation for Registration
• Undertaking regular yard stock takes
• Processing Registrations of New Trucks, via in house registration program (Auto Reg)
• Back up support for the Pre-Delivery Manager & Dealer Administrator
