Sci-Fleet Toyota, Australia's largest Toyota Dealer, currently have an exciting opportunity available for a New Vehicle Registration Officer.

We are seeking the talents of a motivated person, who is an energetic team player, customer service orientated and results driven to join our Registration Hub at Brendale.

Job tasks and responsibilities

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for delivering critical support to our sales team, from the point after the client has purchased one of our vehicles until the moment they drive away.

  • In conjunction with the sales department, effectively manage, plan and organise the coordination of vehicle deliveries for our guests
  • Liaising with the Business Managers and Operations team to help facilitate preparation and accurate delivery of vehicles
  • Scheduling appointments for guests to collect their vehicles
  • Coordinating with Stock Control to ensure accurate and timely preparation and turnaround of vehicles to be delivered
  • Accurately preparing and finalising delivery paperwork
  • Accurately complete all paperwork required by Queensland Department of Transport for new vehicle registrations
  • Check completeness of Vehicle Purchase Contracts and after processing, forward all paperwork to the Administration Office and prepare new vehicle invoices
  • Process sales of vehicles through systems like DIAS (Eclipse DMS)
  • Ensure that all costs are processed or have been processed to vehicles prior to sale and that REV's checks have been completed
  • Processing end-of-month vehicle contracts
  • General Administration tasks including accurate data entry and processing

Skills and experience

  • Need to be highly organised and have proven skills in time management
  • Must be able to juggle the needs of numerous clients at any one moment
  • Previous experience in a dealership will be highly regarded
  • Experience / knowledge with MS Excel
  • Have effective and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A current driver's licence
  • Strong knowledge of Queensland Department of Transport Vehicle Registration Certification processes and techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
  • Be a team player, while also have the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent personal presentation
