We have an immediate opportunity for a Junior Service Advisor at our Taringa Service Centre who will work with our Service Team to:
- Deliver an outstanding, high level customer experience
- Liaise with customers from initial bookings through to post service follow-up
- Confidently assist customers with their service inquires
- Contribute to a dynamic, high performing Service Team

Sci-Fleet Motors is a family owned and operated local business that has been servicing South East QLD for 40 years. Employing over 550 staff, Sci-Fleet has multiple Toyota, Lexus and Hino dealerships spanning across South East QLD which look after all aspects of motoring including Parts, Service, Finance and Insurance.
We currently have an opportunity for a full time Pre-Owned Reconditioning Technician at our Brendale Service Centre.
Working closely with the Used Vehicle Department, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice in relation to current mechanical condition of vehicles
- Diagnosing the correct operation of vehicles sold under dealer warranty including the dismantling and reconstruction or replacement of faulty components
- Repairing mechanical parts
- Reporting all necessary work, service or repairs to the service manager as well as recording work on our in-house database
- Ordering parts needed as part of warranty services
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of all mechanical issues and changes relating to dealer product range
- Maintaining a safe working environment through ensuring the correct operation of all tools and specialised equipment
- Test driving and conducting final assessments prior to the delivery or return
As our ideal candidate you will:
- Have strong diagnostic and repair skills on a variety of vehicles
- Have the ability to work proactively in an autonomous or team environment, and under pressure at times
- Have high attention to detail & accuracy with an honest and reliable work ethic
- Take pride in their work and get the job done right, the first time
- Have intermediate PC skills & clear communication skills
- Hold a current and valid manual driver's license (Queensland)
- Hold an RWC licence (advantageous)
- Hold a qualification - Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology (highly desirable)
- Supply own tools
- An ability to demonstrate Sci-Fleet values and behaviours
