Sci-Fleet Hino have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor at our Coopers Plains Service Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor who has the initiative to grow the role and make it their own.

We are seeking candidates who will:

• Provide top notch guest services and guest experiences
• Liaise with guests through the service life cycle from initial bookings to post service guest satisfaction follow-up
• Prepare Invoices
• Confidently discuss service specifics with guests
• Provide support to the Service Department, as required

The successful candidates will have:

• Previous Service Advisor Experience and you are passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences
• Mechanical knowledge and or experience, highly regarded
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Committed to building a successful career & career longevity
• Outstanding attention to detail and production of quality work
