With the new RANGER-PRO series, Hino has created the most dynamic and refined cab design ever. And the sleek cylindrical form and smooth, rounded wedge belt not only look good, they also reduce wind resistance and improve overall fuel efficiency. In addition, they make for a wider field of view. This series is the perfect synthesis of superior function and elegant styling.
Power
At the core of every truck in the series is Hino's world renowned diesel engine technology, delivering the power, economy and environmental friendliness that can only be found in some of the industry's most advanced engines. The lightweight, compact, high-output direct-injection diesel engines developed for the new RANGER-PRO series incorporate the most advanced engine technologies and know-how in the industry. These clean-burning units deliver impressive power and performance - with unprecedented fuel efficiency and remarkably low emissions.
Economy
The J05C and J08C engines are powerful, economical, and clean-burning engines which incorporate the best of Hino's diesel engine technology. Hino's unique HMMS (Hino Micro Mixing System) combustion system, with its high-pressure injector pumps and ultra-efficient air-intake port and combustion chambers, deliver and exceptional combustion efficiency. Also, through combining the OHC 4-valve and rocker arm assemblies, the J05C and J08C achieve excellent fuel economy.
Comfort
The functionality and comfort of the cabin are what determine the quality of the drive. With its new RANGER-PRO truck series, Hino has thought of everything.
