The purpose of the Hino Service Manager is to maintain and effectively manage the Service department while providing direct support to the Workshop Supervisor with the daily running of the workshop and by ensuring service counter staff handle bookings over the phone and in person, that all customers’ requirements are attended to and adequate invoicing is carried out on completion of repairs to the truck.
This position will also require that you ensure that the workshop is operating at maximum production, handle cost control while building and maintaining positive customer relations, set and attain sales objectives, maintain service records, warranty claims and achieve profit objectives.
